Exercising and Eating Healthy - The Best Weight Loss Regime

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Most of the diet plans we often see in the media now-a-days are very much problematic for most of us. They are often too complicated to follow and most of the time, too restrictive; there are also times that they are actually both. If there is a main reason why diets fail it is because people sometimes find them very difficult to stick to for a long-term mode. So it would be best if we eat for health rather than we eat so that we lose weight.

Exercising and Eating Healthy - The Best Weight Loss Regime

Healthy eating can actually change our lifestyle for good. If we become accustomed to this, we will be able to notice that we are not actually gaining weight at all. When we strive hard to make a healthy eating habit that we will stick with for a long time, then we will no longer need to stress over what we should eat in order to lose weight or whether what is really good for us.

And in this process, weight loss will no longer be the issue here. A lot has been said about the types of healthy eating plans that we must follow but the ones presented below are the ones I have tried and had faith on. Of course, it will always depend from one person to another, that is why it is also beat to consult experts and professionals before you make any drastic change in your eating habits or your excise regime.

Let's us plan for a lifestyle change by having eating healthy plans. Acquiring good eating habits and styles can actually make anybody's life much easier. In so doing, you will learn the secret of managing food rather than allowing food the chance to manage you. I have come across two good eating methods: "eating clean" and the so-called the Paleolithic diet. They are in actuality similar in the sense that these two methods do not include processed and instant foods. We are all aware that processed foods actually contain very high amounts of calories, sugar, and fats.

It would be heaps better to know that simple carbohydrates like bread, rice, pasta, and cereal are the ones that actually tend to keep us totally overweight. And it also seems that they are ones that are always eaten in excess amount. Some of us even have a sandwich or pasta for our lunch; then when dinner comes, we will be served with more pasta, more bread, rice, and those carbs that are heavy on the stomach. Then comes in dessert of ice cream, cookies, cake, or pies. These simple foods that we thought are simple are in reality the ones that add up weight quickly in just a day.

Now this would be reversed by following the plan of eating clean or the Paleolithic that has been mentioned. It may even actually help you reach your goal of losing weight when you engage in a more healthy way of eating and stick with it for a long time.

Try exercising to burn fats. A weight loss expert once said, any exercise can be better than having none at all. Although there are some exercises that be better done in order to burn fats. Some exercises are doing great jobs in burning fats over the other types. If you are so intent in burning fats, you can try three great activities that can really burn fats. These are calisthenics, interval training, and strength training. All of these three exercises, once made a part of your daily routine, can burn your fat and build your muscles more. Having muscles burn more calories and fats. Do you know that even when we are resting; our muscles are still burning calories?

But the great things to note about these exercises are that one does not need to actually spend more than an hour to work out nor one doesn't need to spend ample amount of money in order to become a gym member.

Come to think of it, when a person who is desperate enough to lose weight, eating in a healthy manner are thrown out of the window in order to let the latest diet fad gets in. and in preserving strength, we tend to slouch and not move anymore. But in attaining a permanent weight loss thing, having a fixed and followed-on regime is still the best way to do it. In reality, only a good pair of walking shoes plus a healthy book of recipe should be your first line of defense and action against your struggle of getting rid of those excess baggages.

The Raw Food Diet - What Kinds Are There and What Does That Mean For You?

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

It is only in recent months we have seen a steady increase in the number of people who are choosing to do a raw food diet.

The Raw Food Diet - What Kinds Are There and What Does That Mean For You?

Certainly there are more and more people around today are beginning to understand the benefits that can be gained from undertaking such a diet compared too many of the others tried.

Certainly there are plenty of people who already undergo the raw food diet who believe it is the most logical type of diet for us to use. Remember that our ancestors were actually hunter gatherers and the majority of what they ate they did so in its raw natural state.

Also many of the people who use this diet feel that it contains certain enzymes and nutrients that our bodies don't normally get as they are removed from our food when it is cooked.

When it comes to raw food diets you need to be aware that there are certain types and each one differs slightly from the other. Below we take a look at just some of the kinds of diets that are considered to be raw food ones.

1. Raw Foodism - This is the type where you are not restricted as to what you eat but you must eat it either in its raw state or where it has been warmed through to a temperature not above 105 degrees.

2. Raw Vegans - With this particular diet you are only allowed to eat vegetables, fruits, seeds, sprouts, legumes and nuts. At no stage must you consume any animal products that includes both meat and dairy products.

3. Raw Paleolithic - With this particular diet you are allowed to eat meat and organ meat along with vegetables, fruit, honey, fish, shellfish, nuts and eggs. But what you cannot eat when you select to use this raw food diet are dairy products as well as legumes, grains and vegetable juices.

However, with every single one of these raw food diets the major part of what you eat (75%) should be in a raw state or not warmed to a temperature above 105 degrees before it is eaten.

Certainly the more foods that are eaten in their raw state then the more of the nutrients and enzymes your body will receive that would normally be lost during the stages when it is being cooked.

Although you may find initially you suffer some small unwanted side effects because of the drastic change to your diet these will pass once your body gets use to the new diet regime.

However, as time passes you will soon start to see some great improvements in the way that your body functions and how you feel. In a matter of weeks your energy levels will have increased and those extra few pounds you have gained may well have been lost also.

The Paleo Recipe Book Review - Is It Worth?

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

The Paleo Diet has been gaining popularity from the past several years as this is considered to be the most healthiest and beneficial diet plan available. You must be hearing about Paleo diet everywhere today.

The Paleo Recipe Book Review - Is It Worth?

When I talk about diet many people have a wrong understanding that diet involves avoiding food for long periods of time. This is wrong. Diet can be explained as method of lifestyle mainly for weight management where its all about what you eat rather than how much you eat.

Before I give my review on the Paleo Recipe Book, let me explain what Paleo diet is all about. In one word Paleo diet can said as genetically designed foods to be consumed by humans, i.e the foods that were eaten by our ancestors. These are high in nutrition and help us achieve perfect physique and good health.

Paleo diet also known as caveman diet or Paleolithic diet does not involve consuming dairy, processed products or sugar and hence one of the main reasons this diet is followed by many. The most important foods of Paleo food involve meats and vegetables and after that comes fruits, nuts, etc. The one disadvantage of following a Paleo diet is that the number of Paleo recipes knows are very little. Even the experienced Paleo dieter would get bored and would often quit. Also there are some guidelines to be followed which many people wont know before starting with this diet.

The Paleo Recipe Book was created by a very enthusiast health and fitness expert Sebastien Noel. He suffered from various health problems which forced him to research his diet and come up with a solution. Sebastien realized that going back to the basics was the right decision and then after years of research he came with the famous recipe book.

The book contains more than 370 high nutritious Paleo recipes which are easy to prepare. You can download the book instantly in ebook format and start with your diet plan right away. To make thing easy you will get 8 week meal plan as a bonus. You will also get the Herb and Spice Guide as bonus which explains how to use your favorite spices and herbs to create unique flavors everyday.

The main features of the Paleo Recipe Book includes:

* 370+ Paleo recipes
* Full of recipe photos for easy understanding
* Bonus 8 week meal plan
* Bonus Herb and Spice Guide
* Cooking guides, charts and reference sheets
* Cooking the perfect steak
* And much more

In my opinion the recipe book is well worth the purchase. I have become a fan within a short time after I started using this. My health has improved dramatically and weight I lost while following this diet is an added bonus in itself. Like me, the Paleo diet might just be the answer for you too. I would recommend this for both beginners and professional dieters.

Paleo Diet Breakfast Ideas

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

For those who are not that familiar with the Paleo Diet, there is a tendency to assume that like many other diets, it is likely to be rather restrictive or complicated. So many diets end up making a meal time an issue rather than an enjoyable thing. But the Paleo Diet is not like these others. The recipes that are a part of the diet are anything but boring, mundane, complicated, or dull. Instead, this diet contains recipes that are not only full of flavour for maximum enjoyment, they are also highly nutritious and wholesome.

Paleo Diet Breakfast Ideas

This diet is sometimes referred to as the caveman diet or the hunter-gatherer diet and its full name is the Paleolithic Diet. It is about eating the meals that our ancestors used to eat in that they never had the processed foods that are so common today. Many people believe that the additives in our foodstuffs are responsible for a number of diseases, some of which are often life threatening, such as cancer and diabetes. Many also attribute the rise of obesity and acne to these additives that are found in today's processed foods.

When it comes to the Paleo Diet, the meals are jam packed with protein. The balanced diet will make an allowance of between 60 and 70 percent for protein intake. Protein is found in:

  • Different types of fruits
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Avocado oils
  • Nut oils

When you take on the Paleo Diet, one thing must be remembered and that is that no grains or dairy are part of the diet. The key is to consume only what is fresh and organic. Being on the Paleo Diet means eating what is seasonal.

Depending upon your own unique requirements and your lifestyle, the Paleo lunch and dinner recipes can be adjusted. Essentially, it is about taking what you would usually serve at mealtimes and swooping what you cannot have with what you can. Adjusting to this way of eating is surprisingly easy and you will find that within a short space of time, you will be coming up with your very own Paleo Diet recipes.

The Paleo Diet teaches you to avoid foods that contain grains, legumes, soy, dairy, salt, yeast, processed sugar, and starchy veggies such as yams or potatoes. Although you may wonder what is left you'd be pleasantly surprised to discover that most other veggies are allowed, including fruits, all types of meat, eggs, and nuts (except peanuts).

When it comes to the Paleo Diet breakfast, the following recipes and ideas are great.

  • Serve two poached eggs on some lightly panned spinach.
  • An omelet made with the filling of your choice and using two eggs. Make sure that you keep to the no dairy rule.
  • Chicken liver with some bacon and grilled tomato.
  • For something a little more refreshing, try a fruit smoothie. Use some bananas, nuts, berries, and fresh coconut and blend it all with ice.
  • Use what is left from the meal the night before to conjure up a great breakfast.

By switching to the Paleo Diet, you are assured of giving your body what it needs to function properly while making an investment in your own future health and that of your family. Because the meals are so great and varied it is easy to make the switch.

Paleo Book

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

A Paleo Plan is a commitment to exclusively eating cuisine that could only found within the paleolithic era. The Paleo Style of living is a lot of work, but it is a delicious prize. The Paleo Diet strongly covers excellent habits, solid proteins, and a genuine passion for food. So, should I choose to invest in a Paleo Book? If you would like to eat joyfully, above normal, and prosperously, then Yes! Your aim should be to eat three times a day. Remember, eating is a very important function of your day. Definitely, begin to understand what natural truly means and eat as close to what nature intended.

Paleo Book

Yo! Eating healthy costs money, but owning good eating habits is essential. Eat three times a day. Why is this important? It's important because what you eat produces who you are. It produces your daily biological energy you need to deal with your life, so try to make smart decisions. Water dehydration for example can slightly impair your mind's focus and concentration. Seeds, fruits, and vegetables are just as necessary because of their fiber, vitamins, minerals and taste. This lifestyle requires discipline, so you must to be very prepared every day.

Proteins are literally our body's future building blocks and are plentifully found within a Paleo Book. They help us build strong bodies, people, and masterminds. Proteins help your serotonin levels, though not entirely by themselves. Serotonin is a bodily chemical that helps control your daily moods. Excessive use of caffeine can deplete our serotonin levels. By skipping meals, we expose our brain's chemical stability.

How will your life turn out? You have to enjoy and exquisitely love what you eat! Eat diversely. Try to eat organic foods. Abundance is an awesome view and a must. I prefer themes to my grub time like positivity, comedy, outdoors, and jazz. Eat with your family, relax and enjoy. If you want to give yourself a chance at today's success, you're going to need the energy found in food to work hard. Now, it is time to put all this into practice.

Is this how I should eat and should I invest in a Paleo Book? Honestly, that's completely up to you to decide on how you feel about it. Every day you have the opportunity to thoroughly live your life at it's best. Life is good, enjoy your life now or somebody else will.

Paleo Blueberry Muffins - 100% Caveman Approved

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

This Paleo Blueberry Muffins Recipe is 100% Paleolithic and Caveman approved!

Paleo Blueberry Muffins - 100% Caveman Approved

For the people new to the Paleolithic or Caveman diet: The Paleo diet is a diet that gets us back to the basics. The Paleo diet is high in fresh meats, eggs, nuts, and veggies.

Once upon a time, when we were hunters and garthers we didn't have all the processed and modified food we have now. Things such as Pop-Tarts didn't exist, and we were much healthier because of it.

Many of the health issues we have today are directly related to what we put into our bodies. Lack of proper exercise also has its effects on our health. In fact a very large portion of health care cost in the US could be cut out by simply eating less processed foods and getting proper exercise. The Paleolithic diet is a great way to cut out all processed foods from your diet.

Walter L. Voegtlin a Gastroenterologist and author, was one of the very first people to start recommending the Paleolithic diet way back in 1975.

Mr Voegtlin published a book that argued that humans are carnivorous animals and that the ancestral Paleolithic diet was that of a carnivore. Mainly fats and protein, with a very limited amount of carbohydrates.

Since then many more people have come forward to support the Paleolithic (aka caveman) diet. Near the end of the 1990s, many doctors, nurses and nutritionist started to recommend a return the original Paleolithic diet. Which helps people stay away from modified sugars and artificial flavors that have been proven to cause harm to our bodies.

Below is my favorite Paleo Breakfast recipe of all-time, Paleo Blueberry Muffins! Enjoy.

Paleo Blueberry Muffins

¼ cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
¼ tsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
1 ½ Tbsp Honey (raw)
2.5 Tbsp Applesauce
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
¾ cup Blueberries
Coconut Oil Spray

You will be baking your Paleo Blueberry Muffins at 350 degrees so go ahead and preheat your oven.

Combine the flours, salt, and baking powder.

In a bullet, combine the eggs, honey, applesauce, coconut oil and vanilla.

Add the wet to the dry, then fold in the blueberries.

Spray down a large set of muffin tins with coconut oil. Fill each tin (6 total) ½ of the way full (unless you like really big heavy muffins, they go a full ¾).

I add a little something to the top of my Paleo Blueberry Muffins...

(optional but highly recommended)
1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
1 Tbsp Sugar (raw) or Coconut Crystals (if you don't do the sugar)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg

Sprinkle this mixture on top of the muffins before they go into the oven. Then bake for 20-25 minutes.

Now you have healthy and great tasting Paleo Blueberry Muffins.

Bring Your Body in Good Physical Shape With Paleo Recipes

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

"Old is Gold" is a famous quote. Is the quotation also applicable for paleo recipes? Before discussing it further let us have a small tour to past. This is said that, in olden times people were very sturdy and strong and their physical presence was astonishing. Broad shoulders, muscular body, strong bones and arresting face color were some common qualities of people of that time. They were such powerful that their existence was considered not less than a mountain. The question is; what was the secret of such enormous power? How they produced it? How they built and maintained their impressive body structure?

Bring Your Body in Good Physical Shape With Paleo Recipes

Answer to all the questions asked is "Paleo recipes" or paleo diet; also known as Paleolithic diet which is usually related to Stone Age or caveman diet. These are recipes or diet plans which were used by the people of old times. These ancestral recipes consist of nuts, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish and roots and prohibit the use of grains, dairy and oil products. All the recipes are unique in its benefits and all their ingredients have their own distinctive importance and significance. How they help to construct striking body structure is discussed in following paragraphs.

Main elements of paleo recipes are fish, nuts, roots, fruits, raised meat and vegetables. Let us go through each individual element and check what they are capable of.

Fish:

Fish is helpful for healthy and fresh life because it is the finest source of protein, vitamin B and D and omega 3. Omega 3's fatty acids are very supportive for maintaining and increasing the metabolism process in human body as well as providing strength to immune system.

Nuts and roots:

These are the source of protein, vitamins and exclusively provide rich minerals which are extremely useful for human body. Described elements give an attractive shape to the body and construct it into charming and good figures.

Fruits and vegetables:

Everything which is eatable in its fresh form gives incredible energy as well as enjoyable taste. Fruits and vegetables are extremely rich in providing vitamins and an excellent source of energy for humans too. Vitamin B1 is important for cells for converting carbohydrates into energy and it is found in grapefruit, grapes, orange, guava, pineapple and watermelon in intense quantity. Moreover, vegetables like Brussels sprouts, green pepper, kale and Swiss chard contains excessive amount of vitamin C. This vitamin is most important of all the vitamins. It provides strength to cells and tissues against damages of oxidation.

Meat:

Meat from cows, chicken and goats are much important for providing protein to human body. They are a unique source of extreme quantity of vitamin B (also known as riboflavin). Vitamin B plays vital role in body growth. Is also provides the source to carbohydrates to release energy from them as well as helps in red cells production and reproduction. Likewise, Pantothenic acid is also found in meat which is necessary for metabolism in human body.

Food and eatables which are prohibited in paleo recipes are grains, oil and dairy products. Now let us see that why paleo plans disallow these foods.

Dairy and oil products:

If we starts pouring water into a bottle (glass made) without considering its capacity then after a certain time this water flow breaks the bottle. In the same way when we use dairy and oil products without taking into account out body limits then it shows negative results which possibly are not in our favor.

Cow milk is a rich source of calcium and research shows that bones fractures cases are registered more, in those countries where cow's milk is used in excessive quantity than the countries where milk is used in a normal and body's acceptable quantity. Likewise, when we eat deep fried things we are caught by cholesterol problem which made our blood thick and create difficulties in blood circulation which leads to heart and lungs problems.

Summing up, paleo recipes allow us to eat only those foods which supply energy to our body and built it into a gorgeous and attention catching personality, no matter what quantity of these products we utilize. On the other hand it restricts those eatables about which a little carelessness can create troubles for our internal system, body performance and physical appearance.

A Guide to the Paleo Diet

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Let's face it, fad diets come and go, which is why learning about the paleo diet is such a relief. Unlike other popular diet crazes that often leave you with extra weight that is impossible to keep off, the paleo plan looks beyond the scale. It offers a way of eating that is natural and proven. Did human beings in the Paleolithic era worry about blood pressure and diabetes? No, they did not. They ate whatever they could hunt and gather. There was no junk food and nothing could be chemically processed.

A Guide to the Paleo Diet

This diet is neither controversial nor sensational. It is simple, basic and easy to follow. You eat what the world provides rather than what a factory makes. If the food can be found in nature, it's good. If it is filled with chemicals, additives and ingredients that cannot be found in the forest, ocean, earth or trees, you probably want to stay away from it. This is not rocket science.

Weight loss is an immediate and appreciated benefit to the paleo diet. You will lose weight because you are not stuffing your body with empty calories that are found in junk foods and processed foods. There is so much more to this way of eating than weight loss, however. The diet makes your body stronger because it uses every bit of food that you put into it. You will find yourself with more energy and your system immune to a host of illnesses and diseases that come from bad products that are sold as food. Following this diet will help you develop an awareness of where your food comes from, and how your body uses it to function.

People who have begun using this plan are finding that they are able to lose weight, feel better and fight off medical issues such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and cancer. When you keep your body healthy, your mind follows. This diet promotes a holistic approach to the way you eat and live. You will notice dramatic differences almost immediately, and once you see how your health can improve, you will not want to go back to the unhealthy lifestyle you left.

Take a look at recipes and reviews from people who are improving their lives, their health and their weight. You will focus on whole foods that are real. Grass-fed beef, wild-caught fish, eggs from chickens that are able to live and roam freely, and vegetables and fruits that are not saturated with chemicals and toxins. Not only are you learning how to eat, with the paleo diet you are learning how to live.

So, go ahead and get to know the diet. Just reading up on it is motivating and energizing. You'll want to get started right away, like I did. Now that I'm eating well and feeling great, there is no turning back.

What Are Some Fruit and Vegetable Shake Recipes For Your Diet?

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Dieting and eating health food is not just about weight and health. It also has to do (at least it should) with taste and enjoyment. From the time of the first cave man, and probably earlier, humans have been social animals. And perhaps the best, most wildly practiced arena for socializing is during meals. In the first place it is a great excuse to gather people together. It happens regularly unlike with bears for example, who gorge themselves and then go to sleep for months on end. (No wonder the get cranky). It is a moment for sharing not only the social contact, but also sharing the delight of a great tasting meal.

What Are Some Fruit and Vegetable Shake Recipes For Your Diet?

Humans have shown great creativity in many departments, but few bring greater enjoyment than creativity around the kitchen, and here you can also find a wealth of alternatives in the classical "shakes"

There are many fruit and vegetable shakes to consider when trying to eat more healthily or when trying to diet and you can always add your personal touch - a bit more honey, ground nuts, or whatever tickles you fancy. Then there is just one small step to share, not exactly like the first cavemen, but good enough.

When dieting or trying to eat healthier, the goal is to eat more natural foods. At times it's difficult to eat a wide variety of natural foods during the day. Some don't go with other foods that well, while others are harder to deal with in the form that they are in. One option is to take all this good food and turn it into shakes that are much easier to manage and eat.

One of the most common drinks is called the green drink. This is typically two bananas, one apple, and some leafy greens like kale or another one that you might prefer. Mix this up with water and ice depending on how thick or watery you want the drink. You can vary the amount of water or ice depending on what you like. The fruit typically outweighs the green leafy taste. If you need more sweet, add in something like honey or more fruit.

Another variation is to use berries as the base versus bananas. Take a cup of berries, generally blueberries since they are easy to get, add in ice and water, and put in healthy seeds like flax or chia along with some greens. If you freeze the berries beforehand, it will make a much better shake.

Another option is a hot or spicy drink. This would include peppers, a tomato, and lots of leafy greens along with some water. Blend it on high to make sure it's completely liquid or close to it.

Some people who want to maximize nutrition will simply sacrifice taste. The idea is to make a liter or two of quality nutrition from fruits, vegetable, nuts, herbs, and seeds that are good for the body.

All of the things that should be eaten on a regular basis are thrown into this drink so that it can be sipped on during the morning or alternatively as your breakfast meal.

From the point of view of giving your taste buds a treat, there are other things you can do, but it is the simplest way of getting quality nutrition that is low in calories and good for the body.

The Paleo Diet - Great Recipe Examples

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

The "Paleolithic Diet" refers to a hunter-gatherer type diet, where all processed, unnatural foods are completely eliminated, and everything consumed consists of animal proteins (anything one would be able to "hunt), and vegetables/fruits/plants (anything one would be able to "gather."). This allows its follower to stay satisfied, often eating more food than ever before, while remaining very lean and often gaining strength and muscle.

Paleo Diet Foods

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

The paleo diet is short for the paleolithic diet. It is based upon the premise that human beings have been evolving for hundreds of thousands of years, while our modern diet has only been around for about 10,000 years. It is a scientific fact that the human genome hasn't changed much at all since those times, and therefore we are pretty much genetically the same as our ancestors.

Paleo Diet Foods

The paleo diet is often called the caveman diet, stone-age diet, hunter-gatherer diet or primal diet.

It basically revolves around eating the same way as our ancestors did, before the agricultural and industrial revolutions.

Our modern diet consists in large part of grains, sugar, vegetable oils and processed foods. In fact, a major part of the population eats these foods almost exclusively. It is a fact that the diseases of affluence are a result of our unhealthy lifestyle, mainly the diet. Obesity, type II diabetes, heart disease and the metabolic syndrome are reaching new record levels every year.

There are several hunter-gatherer populations still remaining in the world, who eat and move pretty much the same way as our remote ancestors did. They don't suffer from those western diseases that have become a common thing today. Their bones are strong and their teeth are whole, even in old age.

A lot of people have gotten awesome results by trying to mimic the true paleolithic diet as closely as possible. Of course, we can't eat exactly what they ate but we can get pretty close.

The paleo diet foods include meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds. Certain foods are not allowed on the paleo diet, and these are the foods largely believed to be major causes of the rising occurrence of the metabolic syndrome. These include sugar, pastries, candies, cakes and pretty much all types of junk food, vegetable oils, grains, dairy and all processed food.

One of the best paleo diet foods is grass-fed meat, but grass-fed animals have a superior fatty acid and micronutrient composition compared to their grain-fed counterparts. However, if you are tight on cash then there's no need to go out of your way to choose grass-fed or organic products, the main thing is to avoid modern junk food like sugar and grains.

Most people doing this diet find that eating certain foods once in a while is okay, and these are such things as high-fat dairy, sweet potatoes and dark chocolate. There is really a massive online community of people doing the paleo diet, and with a simple Google search you can find all the information you need on other paleo diet foods or paleo recipes.

Why the Paleo Diet May Be the Best Choice for You

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Everybody knows that reducing excess body weight helps in ensuring a healthy life. Considering the numerous cons of obesity and its allied effects, many people are always making plans to shed the excess weight. For this reason, some may rely on dieting, while some others on exercising. There are also many who combine these and may even approach a physician for slimming medications. However, only a small of portion of people who start dieting are able to stick to it for the specified period of time. Tedious working schedules and an irresistible love for junk foods are just two reasons for this.

Why the Paleo Diet May Be the Best Choice for You

However, for those with the willpower to stick to their diet plans to lose the extra pounds, the Paleo diet plan can work wonders. As the name indicates, Paleo refers to the Paleolithic or the ancient style of eating where natural and wild foods formed the staple of the human diet and not the processed foods prevalent today. A diet plan with Paleo meals may thus include food items which do not require much processing and can be consumed in raw form. There are many cook books that offer recipes for the Paleo meals.

According to diet experts, there are many advantages in following the Paleo diet. Many foods and ingredients found in the Paleo diet are not hard to find in everyday grocery stores and markets. Individuals are also not required to check his or her calorie while pursuing this meal plan. Besides the health benefits, one of the biggest advantages of the Paleo diet is that they are very easy and safe to make. People following the Paleo diet can consume meals any time, and not just when they feel hungry. This will not add any kind of excess weight because of its low-calorie nature.

Since the paleo diet demands the use of fresh meat and fruits and vegetables that are completely organic, it may not be always possible to stick to the diet plan. The shortage of such natural food items is the main reason. However, this problem can be solved by approaching experts or going through the various cook books which have a large collection of Paleo recipes. Generally, it is advised that the diet should be continued for at least two weeks without any break to realize the benefits.

When following a diet plan, such as the Paleo diet plan for the first time, you may need to consider many factors. As a first step, it is always best to consult a dietician or nutritional expert to know the details about the Paleo diet. You can also go through various online sites which can help in analyzing the pros and cons associated with the diet and the different methods for cooking the meals in the Paleo diet. Certain sites also offer the diet plans in chart form, which makes it easier to follow. The cook books can be either obtained directly from shops or can be bought online.

Reasonably speaking, these meals are new to our diets and our bodies have not totally adapted to our consumption.

The result of our consumption of those foods is much like what happens when you use the incorrect fuel within your automobile a slow automobile. Our bodies respond by turning out to be vulnerable to sickness and disease. Our bodies run more gradually and much less effectively than they will need to. In basic, we just do not really feel really good. His diet sustained him by way of the equal of walking 10 kilometers every day, too as running from predators, and lifting large stone.

Why You Should Go Gluten Free

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Grains and dairy products, on the most part have become so processed that they are no longer good for our health. In traditional cultures such as in places such as Africa, Ethiopia and India, grains are fermented for days if not weeks before being prepared into a meal, the quality of grains in these cultures are far from being at the same level of quality that the grains we purchase in a plastic bag at the supermarket are. Grains contain anti-nutrients, Gluten and Lectins, all which are harmful to our health.

Why You Should Go Gluten Free

Gluten allergies are one of the most under-diagnosed, yet chronic diseases in society at the moment and is continually on the rise. Coeliac disease is an auto-immune disease, which means that your immune system starts attacking itself, this can affect many parts of your body, including muscles, nerves, hormones and the digestive system.

Although coeliac disease is extremely common, around 4 out of 5 people who do have coeliac disease don't know they have it. In Australia, around 1 in 100 people have coeliac disease, in America it's estimated to be around the same. Most grain and dairy products are not suited for our genetic composition; our bodies aren't designed to recognize foods which are processed far from their original form. So how can these foods good for our health and quality of life? Especially if we eat the food-pyramids recommended 8-14 serves every single day of both grains and dairy combined!

People on a Gluten free diet will definitely find it hard to run off a diet recommended by the government's food pyramid. The food pyramid emphasizes a lot in including these modern day foods, maybe it's because the billion dollar grain industry created the food pyramid that is why gluten rich grains are pronounced as such importance towards our health, or maybe it's just a sheer misunderstanding of nutrition....

Our food pyramid should really run off what we should eat as humans to obtain good health, and what our body needs in order to stay healthy. The Paleolithic diet is simple and it is gluten free; eat what was available to the hunter gatherer, In other words, eat meat (chicken, beef, etc), fish and seafood, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. With these ingredients, you can create many tasty gluten free recipes like these Gluten Free Recipes [http://hubpages.com/hub/gluten-free-recipes]

What Is the Paleo Diet (Caveman Diet) and Can You Can Lose Weight on It?

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

The Paleo (short for Paleolithic) diet, also known as the Caveman Diet, may sound like a strange and faddy idea. Maybe it comes across as a bit too odd for you to give it a try. But really it's not as quirky as is may first appear - it's mostly about eating the kind of foods our ancestors ate, and that's important. In this article we'll find out why.

What Is the Paleo Diet (Caveman Diet) and Can You Can Lose Weight on It?

Not So Fast

Evolution is a slow process, at least as far as mere mortals like us are concerned. We evolved over a period of hundreds of thousands of years eating a particular kind of diet: one consisting mainly of protein and fat with, perhaps, a few carbohydrates from berries and starchy native plants. During the long era of 'hunter-gathering' we had not yet begun to grow our own crops for food. We had to rely on the foodstuffs that were available from the environment around us. In my part of the world (the Highlands of Scotland) that happened to be shellfish from the windswept, rocky coasts. And there is a great deal of evidence here in the form of 'shell middens' which are great piles of shells, discovered by archaeologists, heaped up outside the mouths of the caves where my distant ancestors once lived.

These hardy ancestors survived. We know this because, otherwise, we wouldn't be here to ponder the mysteries of their diet. It may have been a hard existence but we shouldn't assume this in all cases. There's a good chance that, in some parts of the world at least, food was abundant and readily available.

What's 'Paleo' All About?

Paleo, as I mentioned in the intro, is short for Paleolithic. It refers to the period very roughly 750,000 years ago up to about 15,000 years ago during which humans first began to make chipped-stone tools. The idea behind the so-called Paleo Diet is that we should eat the kind of foodstuffs that humans from that historical period ate. The reasoning behind this is that we have not yet evolved away from the adaption to the kinds of food they ate back then. 15,000 years really isn't long in evolutionary terms and it would be a big ask for humans to have been able to adapt completely to our very different modern diet within that time.

Sugar and Starch

If you think about human diet in the terms and over the timescales I've mentioned above you'll begin to see that large quantities of carbohydrate-rich food, containing lots of sugar and starch, are a recent addition. Perhaps it's the case, as advocates of low-carb and Paleo-type diets claim, that our bodies are just not adapted to deal with all this stodge. We assume that our ancestors didn't suffer greatly from problems of obesity because they had little food to eat and spent most of their time running about chasing it. But maybe that's just not true. In the places where food was readily available our ancestors may have led relatively sedentary lives. Maybe they didn't become obese because they were living on a diet to which they were properly and fully adapted.

What if we are now seeing the terrible consequences of this great dietary change in our modern epidemics of obesity, heart disease, diabetes and even cancer?

Facing Up & Losing Weight

Perhaps it's time to face up to the idea that our modern diet is nutritionally lacking. We assume that it's healthy for us to eat foodstuffs like bread and pasta because that's what we have been told for the last 40 or 50 years. But the research behind human diet is really in its infancy, so it's way too early to claim that we have all the answers.

Personally I would rather trust a diet that humans lived on for hundred of thousands of years than one they have lived on for perhaps just a couple of centuries. Maybe I'm just lucky in that I really love the kinds of foods you can eat on low-carb and Paleo diets. I know from around 8 years of personal experience that, when I switch back to a carbohydrate-heavy diet, my weight increases very rapidly. I can lose the weight again quickly when I switch back to Paleo. This isn't scientific evidence but it works for me.

I'm also lucky that I live right by the sea. I can go down to the beach, get some clams, cook them up, eat them, then throw the shells back down on the shore. I'm making my own little Paleolithic shell midden down there!

The reason for this is that the human body has not yet fully adapted to the new types of foods introduced today. It is said that the human genes need several thousands of years for it to fully evolve. Agriculture and animal husbandry as well as food processing and packaging was only developed and introduced even before the human genes can adapt to its produces. Although humans can ingest and digest the products of agriculture, it is not guaranteed that you can fully benefit from it. In the Paleo diet, you are encouraged to consume foods that are naturally available and need no processing. This way, the nutrients of the foods are preserved so you can reap its health benefits to the full.

What makes the Paleo diet an ideal one is that it does not limit the frequency of your meals. You can actually eat whenever you are hungry. However, your meals should always follow the Paleo food list. You should be able to plan your meals accordingly.

Some tend to steer away from the Paleo diet thinking that it puts a lot of restraint in terms of the foods that can be eaten. But the truth is that there are a lot of Paleo recipes that you can apply to your Paleo meals. There are a lot of ways that you can mix and match your food ingredients and the recipes as well. If you wish to get healthier and fitter without having to quit eating great meals (steaks! salads!) then you should definitely try the Paleo diet.

The Paleo diet is being considered as the most efficient diet regimens out there. Low Carb Food List

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Low carbohydrate diets are basically weight loss programs that encourage you to eliminate foods with a high percentage of carbohydrates, such as pastries, potatoes, and sugary foods and eat high-protein and fiber-rich foods in their place. A low carb food list would comprise of red meat, fish, poultry, soy and dairy products, whole grain foods, healthy fats and oils legumes, fruits with low sugar content and a wide range of vegetables. The reasons you lose weight when undergoing a low carbohydrate diet are burning of glycogen which makes you lose the water weight in your body, your loss of appetite, lower calorie intakes, and longer time for digestion due to higher fat and protein intakes.

Low Carb Food List

These diets originated in the Paleolithic era when primitive humans hunted for their food therefore eating mostly protein-calorific foods, making them more muscular and physically more powerful than humans from these modern times.

Because of intensive research about early humans, modern humans, and their nutrition and lifestyles, many doctors from this century have published books about diets involving low carbohydrate intake. Low-carb diets have been utilized for a long duration of time but they became prevalent in the 1990s when the Atkins Diet, one type of a low-glycemic diet which recommends a 1500 to 2000 calorie intake per day, became controversial with the press. Other famous low-carbohydrate diets include the Zone Diet which focuses on hormonal balance, the Go Diet which counts only net carbs with no calorie counting, the Neanderthin which is based on what cavemen would eat, the South Beach which centers on low carbohydrate and low fat intakes, Protein Power focusing on eating more protein and less carbohydrates, Sugar Busters which prevents sugar intake to stop the production of insulin, and Carbohydrate Addicts which strictly prohibits the intake of too much carbs.

Having to follow a program such as those mentioned above, can guarantee temporary results to permanent results, depending on how strict you observe your diet as in most programs. Many books and websites directed to dieters offer a low carb food list and low carb recipes and menus that you could follow every day of your life.

If you doubt the effectiveness of programs entailing low carbohydrate diet plans, you should definitely try one that best suits your body. Remember to always check with your physician before getting accustomed to any diet program and seek medical help when you experience abnormal changes with your body.

Paleo Diet Food Lists - What's on the Menu?

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

There are limitations to what foods you can eat on the Paleo diet, but what diet doesn't have restrictions? What makes the Paleo diet different is that there is a reason for the dietary restrictions imposed. The diet is based on the foods that were consumed by the cavemen of the Paleolithic era in human history.

Paleo Diet Food Lists - What's on the Menu?

The logic is that cavemen were extremely healthy and suffered much less disease and illness than we have today. Following their diet should therefore lead to healthier bodies and lower risks of disease and illness for us today.

If you are ever in doubt about what can e eaten on this diet, just think about what the cavemen were eating many years ago. For example, you probably would have never seen a caveman sitting down to eat a submarine sandwich with deli meat, but they did consume a lot of lean meat taken from wild animals.

Processed foods that come prepackaged or which have been laced with preservatives are naturally going to be eliminated on this plan. The same thing goes for very fatty meats such as sausage and canned meats like Spam.

Cavemen & Grains

One thing that is missing from the list of foods consumed on this diet is grain. The Stone Age ended before agriculture came into practice, so cavemen of this era simply did not have access to the wide assortment of grains that we eat today. This means no corn, barley, millet, oat, rice, rye, wheat or wild rice. Even if it says "gluten free," it is not a food that would have been consumed by the Paleo cavemen.

This also means foods made with wheat and flour should not be consumed. This eliminates all varieties of bread, chips, cookies, corn syrup, muffins, and even pasta.

What's on the Menu?

Don't feel overwhelmed by the number of foods off limits on this plan. There are many foods that can be added to your menu, so you are not going to starve to death. The key to sticking with the diet long term is to explore all foods allowed on the plan and combine them in creative ways to make new recipes.

For instance, you can eat a limited quantity of eggs on the Paleo diet and most vegetables are allowed. You can therefore make a delicious omelet loaded with chopped fresh vegetables and seasoned with fresh herbs. Lean meats, poultry and seafood are also allowed, so you can create hundreds of different meals with different protein sources and fresh vegetables.

For snacks, you can choose from all the fruits that suit your taste buds as well as unsalted nuts and seeds.

When you start eating these types of foods you will notice your digestive system slowing down considerably. This means you will feel fuller between meals and will have less desire to stuff yourself with food. You can simply eat when your body says you need food. If you aren't hungry and it is meal time, you don't have to eat. It is all about listening to your body and feeding it high quality foods that are easily digested.

No Calorie Counting, No Portion Control: Welcome to the Paleo Diet Basics

Welcome To the Paleo Diet Basics

No Calorie Counting, No Portion Control: Welcome to the Paleo Diet Basics

Have you been searching for the perfect diet for you? Are you tired of trendy diets that never give you the long-lasting results you need? Are you sick of counting calories and being told to eat portions that are the size of your fist? If you can relate to this, keep reading because I have something different to share with you. I'm talking about the Paleo Diet. It is not a trend or magic pill; it is a way of life that will support you in being in the best health you have ever been in.

The following are some of the benefits to following a Paleo Diet:

- fat loss
- muscle gain
- stronger and healthier bones, teeth, hair and skin
- stronger immune system and
- slowed aging

What Are the Paleo Diet Basics?

The Paleo Diet is a list of dietary recommendations based largely on what our paleolithic ancestors may have eaten about 2.5 million years ago. The foods that were recently introduced with the agricultural revolution are discouraged due their proven negative impacts on our health. This diet is backed by hard science, observations and countless studies. Furthermore, unlike most diets that are focused on specific results such as weight-loss, an increase in energy, or improved athletic performance, the Paleo Diet is about giving the whole body the best nutrition possible so that it functions optimally in all areas.

Guidelines to Following the Paleo Diet Basics

1) Eat a diet that is high in fat, moderate in animal fat, low-moderate in carbohydrates. Eat as much saturated fats as you want! This includes coconut oil, clarified butter, lard and duck fat. Calorie counting or portion control are not encouraged.

2) Eat lots of fresh raw and cooked vegetables. Eat a low-moderate amount of fruit and nuts. Choose seasonal and organically grown produce when possible.

3) Choose grass-fed meat over grain-fed. If you don't have access to grass-fed meat, get meat that is lean because the fat on grain-fed meat can be unhealthy.

4) Eat when you're hungry. It's not a big deal if you miss a meal or two.

5) Don't over exercise. Intense shorter spurts of exercise is a more natural and effective way to stay fit, than hours of cardio at once.

6) Eliminate the following from your diet:

- No wheat or grain
- No beans or legumes
- No dairy (except butter, properly fermented yogurt, raw and properly fermented milk and cheese are fine as well)
- No vegetable oils
- No sugar (other than the sugar found in fruits and veggies)

7) Cutting out these foods may be challenging at first because most of today's fast and convenient modern foods consist of these items. But please know that your body will thank you for it later. These foods are toxic and lead to many diseases that are common today including (but not limited to) diabetes, cancer and autoimmune diseases.

8) Lastly, have fun in the sun and get enough sleep.

Those are the Paleo Diet Basics to being on your way to a happier, healthier you! Until next time, eat well.

Natural Stevia Based Sweeteners for Your Health

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Introduction

Natural Stevia Based Sweeteners for Your Health

From a health standpoint sugar is your enemy but this does not mean you must give up sweeteners. The sweetener stevia is made from the leaves of stevia rebaudiana, a plant that is native to South America. In December 2008 Stevia was approved as a natural sweetener by the Food and Drug Administration. This cleared the way for many people to be able to enjoy its benefits.

Since approved as a sweetener the use of stevia has risen rapidly in the US. It is now available under the brand names such as Only Sweet, SweetLeaf, fructevia, Slimtevia, Nustevia, PureVia, Reb-A and Truvia. The following is representative but not an exhaustive list of stevia based sweeteners.

Stevia products

SweetLeaf

SweetLeaf® is made by using the leaves of the stevia plant and extracting their naturally sweet taste with only cool, purified water. No chemicals, alcohols, or additives are used. SweetLeaf® is the only chemical-free, zero-calorie, zero-carb, zero-glycemic index, 100% natural sweetener. Stevia is very sweet and contains zero calories. It is a good choice for use when trying to lose weight. A teaspoon of table sugar for example, contains 16 calories. Stevia seems to be the ideal sweetener for people watching their weight and needing to control their blood sugar. It however has a bitter after taste that some people find objectionable.

Fructevia

Fructevia is a blend of Rebaudioside A an extract from stevia, Fructose, Magnesium Carbonate, and nutritional supplements called Fructo-Oligosaccharides.

Fructevia is about three times as sweet as sugar so you use 1/3 to half as much. The company guaranties Fructevia will not have a bitter after taste. There are no genetically modified organisms (GMO's) in Fructevia and it contains no Gluten or chemicals. It is completely a product of nature. Fructevia is a healthful sweetener but much sweeter than sugar yet with a small fraction of the calories and virtually no effect on blood sugar. It is the Fructose that keeps the stevia from being bitter. This is particularly true when only small amounts are used.

The Magnesium in Fructevia is an important mineral for your health including nerves, muscles, bones, and heart. Studies have reported that Americans are dangerously magnesium-deficient.

What is fructose?

Fructose, or fruit sugar, in Fructevia is a monosaccharide (simple sugar) found in many plants. The glycemic index for Fructose is low (19). Fructose has the lowest Index rating of all natural sugars. Fructose is not the same as high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS).

SLIMTEVIA

The ingredients of Slimtevia are basically this same as that of Fructevia. Slimtevia like Fructevia adds a little fructose to eliminate the bitter after taste and still have a product that does not raise your blood sugar level. Slimtevia like Fructevia doesn't spike your blood sugar and does not have the bitter taste associated with pure stevia.

NuStevia

An individual packet is one serving which is ½ tsp. powder (1). A packet of NuStevia contains 80 mg of stevia and 920 mg of Maltodextrinand a very small amount of natural flavors. Thus NuStevia is only 8.96% stevia and over 91% is maltodextrin. The glycemic index for maltodextrin is 150 which is high.Maltodextrinis a type of carbohydrate. It is produced from starch by partial hydrolysis. The actual glycemic index for maltodextrin (150) is high. The amount of maltodextrin however a serving of NuStevia White Stevia is less than a gram. This mixture with 91% maltodextrin is reported to not have the bitter after taste associated with regular stevia even though it will increase your blood sugar level a little. 1 tspof NuSteviais as sweet as 1 tspof sugar (1 cup= 1 cup).

Truvia

The development of Truvia was supported by a major large soft drink company who was instrumental in causing FDA to approve the use of stevia. The power of money is interesting indeed. Truvia is a stevia-based sugar substitute. Truvia is a combination of two different types of sweeteners: rebiana and erythritol with natural flavors. Erythritol is a "sugar alcohol" made by fermenting glucose with yeast. Sugar alcohols are generally recognized as safe but they can cause bloating, gas, diarrhea and can have a laxative effect. Erythritol tends to present less of a problem of these effects than other types of sugar alcohols.

Rebiana is the main ingredient in Truvia. It's a purified form of rebaudioside A, which is one of the components of the stevia plant. Since its introduction in 2008, Truvia has become the number two selling sugar substitute in the United States, surpassing Equal and Sweet'n Low. It is still small next to Splenda which reportedly has negative health implications. Splenda is not a stevia product. Splenda represents 60% of the sugar substitute market. Splenda will give you a big sugar spike as it is 95% Malto-Dextrin or some variant thereof. The Glycemic Index is higher than Table Sugar. Truvia and PureVia are both stevia extract sweeteners sold by major economic powers who market soft drinks.

PureVia

PureVia® is Pepsi's sweetener developed from stevia. It is low-calorie sugar substitute developed jointly by PepsiCo and Whole Earth Sweetener Company PureVia is a blend of several different ingredients. It contains dextrose, cellulose powder; natural flavors as well as the stevia extract rebaudioside A.
Summary

Some stevia products such as sweetleaf are made by just extracting the sweetener using water without any additives producing a safe and healthy product. Fructevia and Slimtevia add a little fructose to eliminate the bitter after taste associated with stevia. They are a healthy sweetener that does not raise your blood sugar level. NuStevia uses Maltodextrin to eliminate the bitter taste of stevia. A serving contains 80 mg of Stevia extract and 920 mg of Maltodextrin. Thus NuStevia contains only 8.96% stevia and over 91% maltodextrin. Truvia and PureVia® are developed sweeteners from stevia and made by two major soft drink manufactures.

How to Get Rid of Belly Fat - A Simple Belly Fat Diet

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Getting rid of belly fat can be hard for both young and old alike. This is primarily due to the types of information that goes around about losing weight. You have probably come across some off-the-wall diets like the cabbage diet or cookie diet. It's not surprising that most diets fail because they are not meant for long term results. People who try fad diets may lose weight in the short term but almost always gain back what they've lost and then some.

How to Get Rid of Belly Fat - A Simple Belly Fat Diet

I've always believed that keeping things simple works the best. Shedding excess weight shouldn't be a complicated thing either. Your best bet is not to fall for the short-term fad diets. Losing your belly comes down to a very simple plan which involves a new way of eating and efficient, time saving exercises. I have done some research of my own and have learned that eating healthy is simply a matter of cutting out processed foods and refined sugar. It isn't as hard as it sounds.

In fact, there is a way of eating that many people follow and have no problem doing so. It is called the paleo diet (also known as the caveman diet or hunter-gatherer diet) which is short for paleolithic. Essentially, this way of eating consists of lean meat, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, nuts, and good fats. Since you are consuming good fats, you will stay satisfied throughout the day unlike other diets that leave you feeling hungry.

There is plenty of research online about the paleo diet. However, you should always consult with your doctor before starting a new way of eating. The same goes for exercise. If you haven't exercised in years, you should get your doctor's advice before jumping into it. For the most part, the best belly fat exercises involves lifting weights and circuit training (interval training.) Most people get stuck doing cardio and do very little strength training. Muscle burns calories even at rest. Therefore, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn.

Your exercise plan shouldn't take any more than 45 minutes tops, a few times a week. I understand that the above diet and exercise plan isn't for everyone. It may be a bit too much to handle right away. Everyone has their own fitness goals and requirements. The key is to learn how to burn fat in a way that is effective for you.

Grapes - Good For Health

,
Paleolithic Diet Recipes :

Grapes have all the virtues necessary to form and restore an individual health. It has calories for body energy and contains a perfect balance of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and water, which alone might suffice make you to live for ten days without eating anything else.

Grapes - Good For Health

While grapes contain sugar almost 88% carbohydrate per 100g, its good sugar: fructose and mannitol is present in ripe grapes. For this reason, it can be eaten by diabetics and is recommended in case of hypoglycemia. That is what will give you energy to spare, without increasing the level of sugar in your blood.

Grapes also improve your bowel movement because of the mannitol and fibers: indissoluble in the skin of grapes and in soluble gum, pectin, polysaccharides of grapes. These soluble fibers also guard against cardiovascular disease as they regulate cholesterol and blood pressure.

Grapes are also composed of enzymes that strengthen your immune system, destroying germs and bacteria that lodge in your intestines and can easily absorb nutrients from your diet.

The fruit is also very rich in water almost 80% and are a very good complement to the two liters of liquids that you take a day to renew the water in your cells, your muscles and to moisturize your skin to eliminate toxins. Without the daily fluid intake, you may be more tired, less alert, and more prone to muscle aches.

But the water in the grapes is superior to mineral water because it allows your body to absorb trace elements present in grapes such as potassium and silicon more easily. Potassium can reduce blood pressure, combat fatigue, cramps and heaviness in legs. As for silicon, it helps relieve arthritis, rheumatism, delaying the aging of the skin, making the arteries more flexible and thus helping to prevent heart attacks.

It also contain magnesium in a liquid form so it can be easily assimilated and magnesium is a good anti-stress and anti-fatigue element.

Finally, grapes contain three important vitamins: B indispensable to the renewal of your cells and acts as an anti-depressant (especially B6), and vitamin C that restores tone and is an antioxidant, which therefore slows the aging of cells, reduces cardiovascular disease and has a preventive effect against cancer, and finally vitamin E which is an excellent antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-fatigue agent.

So, grapes are a wonderful fruit that concentrate all the benefits needed to balance the revitalization, protection and maintenance of youth and great body.

Some advise eating nothing but grapes at all meals 3 kg per day for 10 days. Because of its composition, it would prepare your body to face the winter and early fall and you would lose weight because of its diuretic effect.
